Jobs

Reel Mountain is proud to provide a positive, fun atmosphere to ‘work’ in. We offer performance based pay and unique benefits, including free movies, popcorn, and drinks for our staff plus free movies for our families… It’s a lot of fun to be a part of Estes Park’s most popular indoor entertainment choice–why don’t you consider joining the team? Our staff is always the first to get a chance at seeing the big films, designing and bringing to life our promotions, and all around having fun while earning money.

Accessibility

Wheelchairs: Our theaters are fully accessible, with reserved seating for those in wheelchairs.

Headsets: Thanks to a cooperative effort with Community Hearing Center of Estes Park, Reel Mountain is equipped with headsets that allow patrons with hearing loss to enjoy the program. The infrared headsets are available at no charge on a first come-first served basis. Our system is fully compatible with the TV Ears infrared home system. Patrons that have their own TV Ears may use them any time; our system is always on. For more information, stop in or contact audiologist Wendy Koenig at Community Hearing Center. They also sell the TV Ears that work at our theater.

Advertising

There are several marketing opportunities in the theater that will benefit your business. Our ON-SCREEN MEDIA is always a hit with patrons–blended with trivia, fun facts, EPIQ (Estes Park IQ trivia) and local photographers’ work. All of those factors make for an interesting show, and an effective advertising opportunity. REEL TIMES is a tri-fold brochure with each week’s movie synopses, times, trivia, and theater promotions for our customers to take for free. They want the movie details, so they get that info–plus coupons and info about neighboring businesses. Contact us for more details about these effective, exciting programs. We generally limit the number of advertisers to maintain a fun experience for patrons–don’t wait until the last minute.

What about these web ads?

We allow limited advertising to supplement the cost of providing you with a helpful website. The content is regulated by the agency that provides the ads, but should be consistent with our family run business. If you spot something questionable, please let us know!

Drive-By Movie Times™

The next time you drive by the theater to see what’s showing and when, stay in your warm car and tune in to 107.3 FM for a quick listing of title and times. We know it’s hard to read the show times from the curb, so we’re bringing them to you. Also audible from Hwy 34, the Visitor’s Center, and–depending on your radio–most of Stanley Village. Drive-By Movie Times™, Only at Reel Mountain Theater.

Ticketing
Tickets may be purchased in advance for any scheduled films. We have three ways for you to purchase advance tickets:
1) In person: We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Our box office opens 30 minutes before the first scheduled show time each day.
2) On-Line: Tickets may be purchased online with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Online ticketing is automatically disabled 10 minutes prior to show time, or when a show sells out. We do not oversell any show times. If you hold a ticket or online receipt, you are guaranteed a seat. WHERE you sit will depend on WHEN you arrive. Refunds are not given when a show sells out.
Admission Policies
R-rated Films: Anyone may purchase tickets for R-rated films, but holding a ticket does not guarantee admission to an R-rated film. Ticket holders must meet the rating criteria to be admitted. Be prepared to show your photo ID when you arrive. Refunds will not be given if the ticket holder is not old enough, or does not have parental permission. For more information about our Rated R Film Policy, see Ratings.

Passes: Passes are generally accepted after the first 3-7 days from the starting date of a National Release. Check at the theater for specific information about whether your pass will be accepted before you arrive, to avoid surprises.

Special Engagements: Special Engagements come with specific film company rules in order for us to exhibit the film, which generally include no passes, no matinee discounts, etc. These terms are generally in effect for the entire run of the film at our theater.
